He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Davisson and Esther Hoover Davisson; his siblings, Carl Cleo Davisson, Janet Davisson LaVallee (Ivan) and Arlene Davisson DeLong; and his brother-in-law Rex Ashby.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry [Julie] and P. Max; his sister Lorna Davisson Ashby; and his wife Carolyn Sue James. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
