She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Simms and Lorraine Simms. She is survived by: her children, Karen Sparks (Ken), Tammy Wagner (Wayne), Tina Beach (Brian) and Michael Warner (Shannon); her husband Wayne Warner; and her siblings, Ronnie Simms (Linda) and Carol Donnermeyer (David). She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
