He is survived by: his wife Debra Vanderpool Reitz; his children, Chris John Reitz, II and Elizabeth Gorman (Troy); his grandchildren, Joshua Gorman, Emily Gorman and Joseph Letcher Gorman; and his niece Mary Lee Meyer (Greg).
