He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Dugan and Charles J. Dugan of Cleveland, OH; his siblings, Margaret Dugan, Joan Osborne (James) of Cleveland, OH, Eve Rosenzweig (Robert) of Atlanta, GA and Riley Dugan (Sarah) of Dayton, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Griffin Wood, Abigail Wood and Patrick Rosenzweig.
