She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Hamilton; and her brother Albert "Mickey" Soares. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Oppihle (Bill), Cheryl Schleiff (John), Patty Miller (Garry) and Doug Hamilton Jr.; her grandchildren, Eddie Paton, Jennifer Paton, Patricia Paton, William Oppihle, Celeste Neu, Michelle Haas and David Madar; and her great grandchildren, Tiffany, Sarah, Audrey, Isabelle, Jansen, Alicia, Leon, Danielle, Eddie, Melanie, John and Daniel.
