With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathleen Elizabeth Dowell of Elsmere, Kentucky, who passed away on December 20, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Miller and Carol Miller. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Dowell; her son Jon Kopple (Kim); her granddaughters, Taylor and Brittany Kopple; her sister Carolyn Kaye Rayborn; her nephews, Chad Rayborn and Robert Comer; her cousins, Mike, Mark, Miles and Monty Hodges; and her friends, Beverly Fulweiler, Mary Ralston, Kim White and Julie Hiler Barker. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
