He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and Frona Williams; his siblings, Rosella, Joanne, Dawn, Pamela, Tim and Richard, Jr.; and his close friend Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Kelli; his daughters, Kristy, Kahla, Samantha, Katie and Jessica; and his siblings, Gail, Janet and Phillip. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; as well as many other friends and relatives.
