She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dean" Ainsworth and Ruth Ainsworth. She is survived by: her close friend Beverly J. Edmonds; her aunt Shirley; her uncle Toby Hake; and her cousin Susan Hake. She is also survived by many friends and co-workers.
