He is survived by: his wife Amy Pack; his children, William Pack (Amy), Stephen Pack and Erin Pack; his brother David Pack (Song Hui); his stepsister Judy Wade (Dorian); his mother-in-law Patricia Lightner; and his sisters-in-law, Missy Davis (Gary), Judy Dedeker and Becky Perry (Matt). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
