She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Leavell and Minnie Lee Thurston; her husband Ernest Lee Bell; her children, Gene A Bell, Ben W Bell and Minnie L Bell; and her siblings, Henry W Leavell, Maceo Leavell, Major Leavell, Morris Leavell, Cora Shanklin and Emma Fugate.
She is survived by: her children, Wallace Bell, Teretha West (Phillip), Dallas Bell, Priscilla Mae Bell-Butler (Robert Sr), Earnestine, Linda Davie (Walter) and Michelle Smith; her foster son Richard Osborne; and her siblings, Betty Davis Bellamy, Sarah Pope, Robbie Bell, Beulah McIntosh and Gertrude Robinson. She is also survived by 29 Grandchildren, 65 Great Grandchildren, 16 Great Great Grandchildren.
