He is survived by: his wife Marlyn Spring of Elkton; his children, Michael Spring of Clarksville, Shawn Spring of Salem, Kerry Spring of Phoenix, Tamre Spradlin of Clarksville and Wendy Browne of Phoenix; and his siblings, Dennis Spring of Tulsa, Ronald Spring of Long Beach and Danille Ford of Orange County. He is also survived by grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
