Vernon Turner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2020, at the age of 94, Vernon Turner of Elkton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel Turner and Lillie Arthelia Rogers Turner; his wife Orene Templeman Turner; and his siblings, Lorene Turner, Pauline Billlingsly, Nancy Turner, Martha Turner, Rube Turner, George Turner, John Hardin Turner and Bobby Turner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jo Glover (Eston) of Elkon, Kay Hurt (Billy) of Elkon and Jan Mitchell (Randy) of Princeton, KY; and his brother Dilly Turner of Elkton. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, C/O Gary Templeman, 181 Paul Hurt Road, Elkton, KY 42220.
