Addison; his daughter Kim Waters (Scott); his half-siblings, Wayne Addison of Cadiz, KY and Diane Addison of Pennsylvania; his grandsons, Shane Halverson, Jeffery Addison, Justin Groom, Brian Latham, Joseph Blythe and Zachary Waters; and his great grandchildren, Victor, Eleanor, Eowyn Groom, Tate, Beau Addison and Eli Gilliland.
