He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Ray and Mary Alice Barnes Parmley of Daysville; and his siblings, Lyman Parmley of Daysville and Mary Joyce Parmley Dunbar of Monticello. He is survived by: his wife Anna Jo Moore Parmley; and his grandchildren, Katie, Robert Sawyers and Ava Parmleigh Hurt of Elkton.
