She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cheshire and Martha Dodd Cheshire; her husband Owen Wells; her siblings, John, Jerry, Joe, Tom Cheshire and Patsy Phillips; and her grandson Allen Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Wells of Hopkinsville, Rhonda Mitchell of Kirkmansville and Lisa Henderson of Hopkinsville; and her sister Gail Phillips of Evansville, Indiana. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
