He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bailey and Priscilla Ann Woodard. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Paige Woodard of Trenton; his stepmother Nancy Bailey; and his stepsiblings, Regina Wells and Frankie Wells of Russellville. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
