She was predeceased by: her parents, Elige Elliott and Estella Clark Rowe; her husband Henry Sisco; and her daughter Stella Lou Marie Gilbert. She is survived by: her sons, John D. Gilbert (Sheila) of Fairview, KY and George Allen Gilbert (Ashley) of Elkton; and her siblings, Bobby Rowe of Harlan, KY, Billy Joe Rowe of Harlan, KY, Michael Rowe of Harlan, KY, Pete Rowe of Elkton and Margie Randolph of Elkton. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
