With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Junior Higgins of Elkton, Kentucky, born in Allegre, Kentucky, who passed away on January 14, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Higgins and Mary Bell Segers Higgins; his daughter Regina Kennedy; and his brothers, Kenneth and Randy Higgins.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Higgins of Elkton; his children, Gary Higgins (Rhonda) of Winter Haven, Brian Higgins (Jessica) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Melissa Hill (Dennis) of Louisville, Tresa Ferguson (Jim) of Gibson City, Tammy Higgins of Elkton and Amanda Higgins (Tony) of Elkton; his brothers, Tootie Higgins of Elkton and Stevie Higgins of Clarksville, Tennessee; and his son-in-law Cliff Kennedy of Russellville. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
Mask will be required as well as social distancing and no hugging or shaking hands.
