He is survived by: his children, Jamie Elizabeth Payne, Matthew Franklin Fields (Casie) and Colton Lee Mayhugh Fields (Carrie); his sisters, Pamela Fields, Peggy Glenn and Paula Fields; and his grandchildren, Kadin, Easton, Elaina, Carson and Cayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
