He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Fowler and Irene Harris Fowler; his daughter Alissa Dawn Fowler; and his siblings, Larry Fowler and Judy Lane Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Fowler of Elkton; his children, Jason Fowler (Kimberly) of Russellville, KY, Amy Garrett (David) of Lake Malone, KY and Jennifer Oyler (Michael) of Elkton, KY; and his siblings, Rev. Eddie Fowler (Linda) of Elkton, KY and Mary Ann Reid (Romie) of Hopkinsville, KY. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
