She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Smith and Roberta Smith (May); her husband Archie Charles; and her brother Ivan Smith. She is survived by: her children, Frank Charles of Floyd Co, Lem David Charles (Penny) of Pikeville, KY., George Paul Charles (Shelia) of Elkton, MD and Peggy Navecky; and her sister Jeannie Hall of Toler, KY.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four Great grandchildren.
