He is survived by: his son Jeffery Wade Fletcher (Karen) of Elkton; his siblings, James Fletcher of Pembroke, Leroy Fletcher of Elkton, Margaret Fletcher of Elkton, Margie Graves of Whitehouse, TN and Martha Locke of New Jersey; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Fletcher (Anthony Victorino) of Elkton and Millie Fletcher of Elkton; and his great grandchild Hadley Victorino of Elkton.
