He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Wilson and Anna Case Wilson; and his siblings, Jessie, Richard, Jack Wilson, Mae Cannon and Dorothy Wilson.

He is survived by: his children, Troy Wilson, Jason Wilson (Melissa) of Elkton and Tammy Simmons (Doug) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Clan, Meagan Dunn and Matt Wilson. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Ave., Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
