It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Forman (Elkton, Kentucky), who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frankie Forman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Forman and Cynthia Forman; and her siblings, Paul Kenner Jr., Ella Watkins, Emma Kenner and Donna Sebree.
She is survived by: her daughter Loverne Forman of Trenton, KY; her grandson Lavarus "Qwaun" Gardner of Trenton, KY; her sisters, Pauline Blaine of Hopkinsville, KY and Maxcine Smith (Roy) of Cincinnati, OH; her goddaughter Pamela Lipford of Clarksville, TN; and her close friend Dorothy Bussell of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in memory of Ms. Forman to One Accord Ministries, those donations can be made at the funeral home or mailed to P.O. Box 14, Trenton, Kentucky 42286.
