We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2021, at the age of 84, Estella Williams of Elkton, Kentucky, born in Springfield, Tennessee passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Graham and Viola Frye Graham; her husband Earl Williams Jr.; and her siblings, Roy, Tommy, Charlie Graham, Francies Allen and Martha Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Leo Blackwell of Elkton, Danny Blackwell of Elkton, Lawrence Blackwell of Guthrie and Lisa Westerman of Morehead, Kentucky; and her brothers, James Graham of California and Willie Graham of Russellville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Mask will be required as well as social distancing and no hugging or shaking hands.
