She is survived by: her sons, Lee Threlkel (Jamie) of Elkton and Eric Threlkel (Stacey) of Trenton; her siblings, William Smith of Hilton Head, SC, Douglas Smith of Morgantown, KY, Charlotte Flener of Morgantown, KY and Karen Crawford of Morgantown, KY; her grandchildren, Amber, Aaron and Alex Threlkel; and her great grandchildren, Rylee, Presley and Ryder Phillips.
