He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Higgins and Imogene Dunn Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Higgins of Elkton; his daughters, Kimberly Sears (David) of Allegre, Cherie Morris (Mitch) of Elkton and Brandi Higgins (Coty) of Elkton; his sister Rita Barber of Allegre; his grandchildren, Dusty Reed (Quincy) of Woodlawn, Logan Powell (Greer) of Elkton and Daniel Kailoha Higginsdraper of Elkton; his stepgrandchildren, Mitchell Morris of Bowling Green and Micah Morris of Hopkinsville; and his great grandchildren, Kane Reed and Tucker Peck.
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid19) it is required that if you attend the visitation you wear a mask and refrain from shaking hands and hugging as well as social distancing and keeping six feet apart.
