It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Kaye Rust of Elkton, Kentucky, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Whyland and Dorothy Myers Whyland. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Rust of Allensville; and her parents-in-law, Malcolm and Mary Rust of Allensville.
