He was predeceased by: his mother Glenda Ruth Lacy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kennedy Phillips of Claymour, KY; his brother Doug Phillips of Claymour, KY; his daughters, Denea Powell (Douglas) of Claymour, KY and Bethany McPherson (Blaine) of Lewisburg, KY; his brother Todd Phillips (Menchie) of Claymour, KY; and his grandchildren, Dayton Powell, DJ Powell, Delany Powell and Baylor McPherson.
