She was predeceased by: her mother Rushie Slone Puckett; her husband Goebel Swiney; her son James Allen Sweeney; and her siblings, Raymond, George, Clifford, Paul, Hubert and Geraldine Stover.
She is survived by: her father Otto Puckett; her son Goebel Steven Sweeney (Gloria) of Elkhorn City; her siblings, Ralph of Elkhorn City, Jimmy of West Liberty and Noami Rowe of Woodhaven, Mi.; her granddaughters, Stephanie Helvey (Jason) and Lorie Adkins (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Isabella Helvey, Lucas Helvey, Connor Adkins and Benjamin Adkins.
