She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bartley and Effie Potter Bartley; her husband David Mullins; and her sisters, Linda Nunnley and Shelia Renee Rowe.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Renee Kennon of Harold; her siblings, Hassell Daryl Bartley of Webbville, Pamela Bartley of Elkhorn City and Barbara Ann Bailey of Hueysv; her grandson Cole Kennon; her stepgranddaughter Alyson Woodyard; and her great grandchild Sophia Woodyard.
