She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelmer Lee and Phyllis Ann Adkins Bartley. She is survived by: her husband Robert Victor Bartley; her children, Anthony Lee Bartley of Elkhorn City and April Bartley of Pikeville; her sisters, Lisa Bartley of Rockhouse and Pauletta Bartley of Glade Springs; and her grandsons, Julian Amos and Amos of Arizona.
