He is survived by: his wife Shannon Sue Seibert Bunch; his sons, Justin Allen Bunch of Kentucky and Jordan Milo Bunch of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Timmy Bunch of Fort Wayne, Donna Deel of Collins, Kristie Hartsock (Jimmy Thompson) of Pikeville, Clinta Fortier of Fort Wayne and Cindy Butler (Bruce) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
