He is survived by: his son-in-law Phillip Wheeler; his grandson Weston Charles Thomas Wheeler; his daughter Crystal Epling-Wheeler; his siblings, Bill Jack Epling and Betty Lou Matney; and his sister-in-law Patricia Epling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
