She is survived by: her parents, Charlie Spradlin and Lois Jean Belcher Spradlin of Elkhorn City, KY.; her children, Charles Brennan Hackney of Elkhorn City, KY, Keegan Schoeff of Elkhorn City, KY, Tyler Potter (Janie) of Stanford, KY and Isabella Storm Schoeff of Elkhorn City, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew Jase Potter and Raelyn Blake Potter; and her brother Rod Spradlin (Debora) of Elkhorn City, KY..
