He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wayne Ferran and Peal Minaughn Elwell Ferran. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Franklin Ferran; his son Earl Avery Ferran (Lynn) of Jeremiah; his brother Larry Joe Ferran; his grandsons, Devan, Hunter, Gabe, Jacob and James Ferran; and his great grandchildren, Ivory and Ember Ferran.
