He was predeceased by: his parents, Golen Adkins and Audrey Coleman Adkins. He is survived by: his significant other Vickey Knausz Adkins; and his siblings, Linda Belcher, Donah Justice, Larry Adkins and William Michael Adkins.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4964 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
