He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Bartley and Jane Gibson Bartley; and his siblings, Vernon Bartley, Lester Bartley, Rosie Chapman, Lexie Wallace and Faye Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Hall Bartley; his children, Rockey Bartley (Misty) of Georgetown, Mark Bartley (Pauletta) of Glade Springs, VA, Frankie Bartley (Pamela) of Shelbiana and Vicki Keen (Randy) of Roanoke, VA; his pet Sarge; and his siblings, James Bartley of Indiana, Dolly Hembree of Indiana and Ruby Puckett of Indiana. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Glory Bound Freewill Baptist Church (6718 Elkhorn Creek, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
