She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Swiney and Iva Retzer Swiney; her husband Samuel Wallace; her son Christopher Wallace; her sisters, Ella Bernice Swiney and Shelia Jones; her granddaughter Cassie Elizabeth Wallace; and her great grandchild Roy Ramey.
She is survived by: her sister Melissa Ratliff of Elkhorn City; her granddaughters, Carolyn Lee of Owensville and Judy Hopkins of Elkhorn City; and her great grandchildren, Blake Wallace, Brandon Wallace, Casey Wallace and Michelle Clough.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
