She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Bennett Kiser of Surgoinsville, TN and Deborah Lorraine Bennett of Elkhorn City, KY.; her brother James Thomas Kiser; her niece Hope Elmira; her aunts and uncles, Brenda, Jeanie, Tammy, Kenny, Mike and Dewayne; her grandparents, Mae Bennett and Kent Bennett; her husband Mike Fraley; her daughter Abigail Meshae Fraley (Isaiah Iricks); her granddaughters, Hadley Maye Fraley and Laiyah Everly Iricks; her sister Gwendolyn O'Quinn; her nieces and nephews, Bailey Rain (Christy Diaz), Zoie Diaz (Kalissia Hamilton) of Nashville Tn, Paxton and Portland of Millard Ky; and her sister Melinda Hall (Mel Sutherland) of Pikeville Ky.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522).
