She is survived by: her sons, Craig Spartman (Sheila) of Mouthcard, KY, Mitchell Spartman of Mt. Sterling, KY and Barry Spartman (Aaron Skaggs); her grandson Joshua Spartman (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Sophia Spartman and Bentley Spartman.
