She is survived by: her mother Jerrell Ratliff Anderson; her husband Brian Hall of Elkhorn City, KY; her children, Cody Owens (Brittany Yates) of Glasgow, KY and Amanda Owens-Skinner (Richard Skinner) of Elkhorn City, KY; her grandchildren, Lillian Elizabeth, Willow Grace Owens-Skinner, Gavin Keith, Garrett Ellis and Greyson Tanner Owens; and her siblings, Jerry Anderson (Judene) of New Market, TN, Vern Anderson (Kathy) of New Market, TN, Henry Anderson (Patricia) of Elkhorn City, KY, Ersal Tommy Anderson (Donetta) of Covington, KY, Dewey Anderson of Lick Creek, KY, Wanda Fuller (Bobby) of Lexington, KY, Blanche Blankenship (Lloyd) of Harmon, VA and Emaline Debbie Hibbard (Danny) of Hindman, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
