Marie Anderson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023, at the age of 77, Marie Anderson of Elkhorn City, Kentucky, born in Little, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Cool and Opal Hazel Ramey Cool; her husband George Robert Anderson; her granddaughter Alexandra Anderson; and her siblings, Eugene Cool and Nadine Belcher.

She is survived by: her sons, Harold Brock Anderson (Lisa) of Elkhorn City, KY, Robert Eugene Anderson of Elkhorn City, KY, George Fredrick Anderson (Angela) of Elkhorn City, KY and James William Anderson (Nicole) of Herndon, VA; her grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler, Mason, Sophie, Evelyn and Lucas Anderson; and her siblings, Cleve Cool, Randy Cool, Kent Cool, Tereasa Cool and Kathy Gibson.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Elkhorn City Elementary School.
