She was predeceased by: her father Alexander Joseph Hawkins; her husband R. B. Stevens; her son Darrell Lee Stevens; her grandson Zachary Tyler Stevens; and her siblings, A. J. Hawkins, Bobby Gene Hawkins, Sarah Coleman and Margaret Adkins.

She is survived by: her children, Rodney Bruce Stevens of Elkhorn City, KY and Cindy Peyton (Danny) of Grassy Creek, KY; her grandchildren, Ryan Bruce Stevens, Michael Ratliff (Tasha) and Monica Woods (Derek); and her great grandchildren, Leo Woods and Lincoln Woods.
