It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Belcher (Elkhorn City, Kentucky), who passed away on April 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her true love Charles H. Belcher; her parents, Ott Belcher and Stella Stiltner Belcher; her grandsons, Corey and Sean; and her brother Ray Stiltner.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Belcher Fannin; her son-in-law Dr. William Fannin; her great grandchildren, Henry, Owen Fannin, McKenzie Fannin and Aaliyah McAnallen; her brother Gordon Belcher; and also, Elizabeth Fannin, Cory and Amy Thompson.
