It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Genene Mullins Wallace of Elkhorn City, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Green and Betty Jane Smith Mullins; and her brothers, David and Tony. She is survived by: her former husband Dennis Wallace of Elkhorn City; her daughter Monica Stewart (Joey) of Elkhorn City; her brother Duane Mullins of Lexington; her grandchildren, Cianna and Gabe Stewart (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Noah Stewart.
