He is survived by: his parents, James Henderson Ratliff of Richlands, VA and Anna Hackney Adkins (Dorse Gene Adkins) of Shelbiana, KY.; his children, Wesley Scott of Pikeville, KY, Olivia Dotson of Elkorn City, KY, Rosie Ratliff of Elkorn City, KY and Zoey Ratliff of Elkorn City, KY; his grandchildren, Hunter Scott and Madison Scott; his siblings, Joey Ratliff of Shelbiana, KY, Jamie Ratliff of Castlewood, VA and Jessica Chafin of Antwerp, OH; and his stepsiblings, Sherry Sanders and Greg Adkins.
