He was predeceased by: his father Bill Ratliff; and his siblings, Randy Ratliff and Michelle Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Hodge Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY; his daughters, Jamie Stiltner of Mosheim, TN and Jeresa Shelbrock of Rutledge, TN; his grandchildren, Breanna Stiltner, Damien Riley Shelbrock and Delilah Rayne Shelbrock; and his siblings, Dennis Ratliff of Russellville, KY and Debbie Wallace of Florida.
