He is survived by: his daughter Amy Hopkins; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Bryant of Pikeville and Sheena Lynn Hopkins; and his brother Cherish Wallace (Jaden Wallace) of Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great- grandchildren.
