She was predeceased by: her mother Margurite Brust Cross; and her husband James Victor Martin. She is survived by: her father Dudley Newton; her children, James Victor Martin, Jr. of Liberty, Deborah Martin Kinder of Winchester and Karen Sue Sanders of Pikeville; and her grandchildren, Tyler Johnson and Dallas Sanders.
